That girl is a keeper.
You can only hope that her bf is a big jerk, so her relationship will go sour. Then perhaps.. just maybe.. you can stand a chance.
At the mean time.. you can only try to be the nicest guy on earth.. so that when the opportunity arise.. you can swoop in and sweep her off her feet.

Some folks these days might get a $30k ring, but do they necessarily get a home.
Between the two I guess you will choose the $30k ring as it is much more tangible compared to love, family and home.
