and me 68kg...
got tummy and fat ass =.= Fat and UNfit
last time slim slim 1
then last week.. when i went out and saw my brother.. i nv see him about a month or so..
then when i tell him that i was his brother he rub his eye!!!
omg.. =.= i guess i really are fat..

tat time i 172 n 72kg. i tot i still not fat still acceptable. then i went out wif my gf ma.shun bian take pic lor.
wat shock me was tat inside the pic i can c my tummy so damn obvious man. face round round, tummy round round, arm ba ba. c liao super sad zzz. then normally gal will say they dun mind how u look de lor. but tat is bullshyt lor cos gal alway like to say opposite of wat they think so nt to hurt u ma.
then i went to run like crazy lor. nw 65kg liao. runnin is gd exercise. to nd to run fast de, run slow slow oso can lose weight but hor muz run long enough like 5km< jus running 2.4km wun shed much weight

running can lose weight one.. long or short also can.. short and fast is same as long and slow.. in short, if you do short sprintings around stadium also can shed a considerable amount... than running one shot 5km..
either 1 shot long dist , constant pace no walking.
or a few rounds around stadium.. at a timing.. for maybe 6 - 7 rounds.. run how much time, rest how much time then run again..

go jogging and running, but dun run to MacDonald ya. I see many joggers run to MacDonald, food courts and other food areas, and worst they thot they run liao can eat alot, so they eat eat eat n eat..become more fat.
to burnt down fat fast and be fit, you do strenous exercise, eat less, more on fruit and fibre, rest well. You got to be discipline otherwise God also cannot help you.
Very soon you will be 70++kg.

running, jogging, swimming r the best.
u need to get exercise for more than 20 minutes of cardiovasular exercise for the body to start burning fats. 1st 20 minutes or so is ur readily reserves from daily food intakes NOT YET converted to fats yet.

I have a big tummy and ass.. and a double chin..
my gf say i fat la.. keep playing with mi tummy =.= then i say she also fat she pinch my tummyother then that my legs and arm are okay..
i look at mirror front view okay
but side view like got baby..
