My opinion.
For Bukit Panjang Bus Services:Service 190 - Needs additional 4 buses
(Full Day)
Service 960 - Needs additional 4 buses
(0630 - 1130 hrs) (Marina Centre Bound)
(1730 - 2330 hrs) (Woodlands Bound)
Service 966 - Needs additional 2 buses
(0630 - 0930 hrs) (Marine Parade Bound too packed)
(1730 - 2330 hrs) (Woodlands Bound too packed)
Last few bus slots for 966 should loop back to Woodlands. Currently, after 2330 hrs, buses return off service to Woodlands.Service 922 - Needs additional 1 bus
(Full Day) (30 mins frequency is absolutely ridiculous)Recommendations:
Additional Feeder Service to serve Zhenghua Secondary School and Green Ridge Primary School.
A new service to North East Area (Hougang, Sengkang, Punggol)
A new service to Central (Toa Payoh, Ang Mo Kio, Bishan)
A new service to East (Tampines, Pasir Ris, Bedok)
Bus services in Bukit Panjang should be perfect with all these. =)

I believe 235 should have 1 extra bus full day, and 284 subtract one. 155 should also have 1 extra bus, and put DDs on 105 from Serangoon to JE during AM peak, its only the return trip that cannot take DDs.
284 have 2 buses as 1 bus is to supplement 191 during its swing period.
Agree that 235 needs at least an additional s shift bus.

Bus services in Bukit Panjang should be perfect with all these. =)Service 190 should extend its last bus operating hours from New Bridge Rd terminal!!
You should also compare Service 960 with Service 980.. Need more bendies for Service 980 especially Sunday night from 9pm till last bus..
I miss the good old times when TIBS Service 345 pass by GreenRidge Primary School.. And I agree for your part for Zhenghua Secondary School.. OT a bit, there were a few occasions whereby a lot of students were late for morning assembly due to LRT breakdown..
How I wish bus services in Bt Panjang be perfect with all these you stated above but I guess it's totally fat hope mostly thanks to SMRT Buses.. Already they (SMRT Buses) have disappointed us a lot just through Service 190, 960 and 966 alone..

LRT is a white elephant, simply. Haiz. =X
I just don't understand why they waste diesel by letting services go OFF Service all the way from City area to KJDEP. No wonder they make losses....

Operation requirements like bus driver working hours and operating hours play a part.
This does not only apply to SMRT but also SBST.

I second that. Not only sundays, sometimes during the weekdays too. I remembered that was a time i checked IRIS on the internet, it stated that the next bus would come in 27 mins and the subsequent one 5 mins later =.= .Also, not only the bad frequencies, on many occasions bunching occurs too.
Hmmm, I've taken sv 3 for 3 years now and I feel that frequency needs to be better during peak hours. Even it's bad during off-peak sometimes. Nothing seems to have been done besides introducing 3A and KUBs to ease the crowd at Pasir Ris central towards Punngol during the evening.

My opinion.
For Choa Chu Kang Bus Services:
Service 190 - Needs additional 4 buses
(Full Day)
Service 188 - Needs to have SWT Service 188A
(Too many commuters travelling between Choa Chu Kang To IMM)
(Suggested 1700 - 2300 hrs daily)Service 975 - Needs 2 additional buses in the morning peak
Weekdays: 0630 - 0730 hrs (Towards Lim Chu Kang)
Weekdays: 1700 - 1800 hrs (Towards Bukit Panjang)Recommendations:
A new service from Yew Tee to Orchard Road / Marina Centre.
A new service linking Yew Tee to Bukit Panjang serving Kranji Camp 1 - 3 and Choa Chu Kang Swimming Complex.
A new service to North East Area (Hougang, Sengkang, Punggol)
A new service to Central (Toa Payoh, Ang Mo Kio, Bishan)
A new service to East (Tampines, Pasir Ris, Bedok) (Service 67 is too long a service.)
Bus services in Choa Chu Kang should be perfect with all these. =)
